Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges:
Due to every item being hand made to order, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, if there is a production error, or error in general on our end we are more than happy to correct the issue!
Shipping:
We partner with multiple vendors to provide a wide variety of products! Because of this, some items have different turn around times ( all within the quoted time in the banner! ) and some ship from different locations so you may have multiple shipments! This will be shown in your shipping email. You may see shipping 1 out of 3 meaning you have other items that are not fulfilled yet. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment!
Babe Cave Indy & Co. is only responsible for getting the package to the shipping company. After it leaves our hands, there is not much we can do aside from provide you with any information you may need to file a claim.
